The Hospital has been in existence for the last 17 years and has served thousands of patients. At optimum levels the hospital can generate upto Kshs 100 – 150,000 per day. This figure can go up depending on investment.

Proposal

It is proposed that the hospital should be turned into a specialized unit handling trauma, orthopeadic and surgical cases. It will thus need upgrading in equipment and staffing.

This will be followed up by rebranding and aggressive marketing as a place of excellence in surgery.

Staff will be recruited on merit and specialized will be hired as per requirement.
